April Newsletter

Newsletter No. 6

Wow...Can this really be my sixth newsletter?
Time sure flies when you're having fun!!

March has been a crazy busy month getting in new product, teaching lots of classes, renters coming in to bond with Millie and Lucey...not to mention gearing up for my first solo quilt show booth and Shop Hop!  Whew!
Thanks so much for all the love and support I receive on a daily basis.  I never get tired of hearing how excited you are that there is a shop where people can buy local!  I feel bad when I don't have a certain color of thread or embroidery floss and the customer has to go all the way into Spokane!   Keep checking back...every month I'm getting in new supplies.

The new display is up for the High Country Crossing Quilt.
This sample is on loan until mid-May, so make sure you check it out.  Lots of new fabric and flat folds in colors to create
this gorgeous western quilt.

The March Block Swap winners were Berta Bagley and Shirley Smith.
I can't wait to see what they each create with their 35 blocks!

This April and May Block will be a Bright Log Cabin block.
The center will be a yellow (solid or tone on tone).
The "light side" is made up of whites and ivory prints or solids.
The "dark side" can be any bright color...pinks, purples, greens, orange.
Come in and see the samples and grab your free pattern.

Send me an email if you would like me to email you the pattern.

(My computer will not let me paste it here)

Remember, every block you turn in earns your name in the
jar to possibly win all the blocks!

The Bright Log Cabin Drawing will be held on May 10th at 4:30.
