Welcome February...okay, it's already more than half-way through February!
Sorry for the delay in getting out this newsletter.
It seems like I've spent all my free time behind a snow blower this month!
I hope everyone has been able to spend at least a few hours in front of your sewing machines!

The Strip Twist Drawing will be held on March 15.

This colorful wolf is simply stunning! My daughter has her eye on this one...I can't wait to quilt it!
Here is the newest class schedule. To see the class samples you will have to come into the shop...this computer program will not let me add my photos for some reason!
-Beginner Paper Piecing class...Cost is $20. Includes several copies of the pattern.
Wednesday, Feb. 27, 3:30-5:30pm. OR Monday, March 11, 12-2pm. OR Saturday, March 16, 11-1pm.
-Fold and Sew...Great beginner or kids class! Cost is $20. This quilt uses 10” squares and 5” squares.
Thursday, March 14 from 4-6pm. OR Monday, March 18 from 12-2pm.
-Beginner Sewing Class…learn to sew with charm packs and sashing fabric! Make an entire quilt using only two blocks.Cost is $20. This will be a two-week class.
Thursday, Feb. 21 & 28, 11am-1pm. OR Wednesday, March 13 & 20 from 5-7pm.
-Tumbler Table Runner...Cost is $40, which includes the Double Strip ruler and the pattern for the project.
Monday, February 25 from 12-2pm. OR Saturday, March 9 from 2-4pm.
All classes will require a sewing machine and supplies. You may rent one of the shop machines for $10 per class. A supply list will be emailed to you for each individual class.
In the beginning of February we began the MUSE Block of the Month program. There are TWENTY people participating in this program! That is outstanding! So far we have completed the four center blocks. We will meet again on Monday, March 4 or Wednesday, March 6th. We will mostly be cutting our blocks as we have EIGHT to make this go around. You can bring your sewing machine if you wish, but I would leave it in the car until you need it. Last time everyone was just cutting and learning how to use their Goddess tools!
We still have a few Brown Bags left at the shop! The bag costs $5 to become a member of our "Brown Bag Club", every time you use it, you receive 10% off the contents of the bag!!
